KP Polyimide Discs

KP Polyimide Discs

Description

KP Polyimide Discs are made from #22 Polyimide tape which is a high temperature film tape used for electrical and thermal insulation. The silicone adhesive means the tape has excellent release properties. Discs are provided on a liner, which is wound on a core.

Recommended for

Electrical insulation, Wave soldering, Masking of circuit boards

Temperature Range

Maximum temperature 500°F (260°C)

Availability

In addition to these discs, #22 Polyimide tape is available in roll form in a range of imperial and metric widths. It is also available as pre-cut, rectangles, squares, and donuts. #22 Polyimide tape is also available as die cut shapes.

Storage conditions

Items should be stored in dry conditions at an ambient temperature of between 55°F (13°C) and 85°F (30°C). It is important to rotate stock and use the product in the order that it is received. Rolls of discs or die cuts should be stored on end.
