LF Lead Foil Discs

Lead Foil Discs

Description

These discs are available in a range of metric and imperial sizes. Discs are provided on a liner, which is wound on a core. The tape that the discs are made from is electrically conductive, Acid resistant, Malleable, has a high density and has X-ray opacity. Discs or die cuts will appear as dark areas on X-ray film, providing a marker to help locate defects. It is recommended that a burnishing tool be used when positioning the disc, to ensure good contact between the tape and the surface.
